Freezing cold dining area at this time of year when outdoors is in the 40s and the employees also were dressed up in the... kitchen. Food was ok, restroom was dirty and required a code for entrance. If I didn't know Del Taco better, this probablywould cause me to never choose one again. Read more
The food and staff here are always outstanding! During lockdowns, worker shortages and closures at their competitors, these guys... just worked harder, even when short staffed and continued to make great food. I?m a repeat customer and often take advantage oftheir late hours. ???????? Read more
The food was great. Service not so much. They just tossed my order on the counter next to the window. Then the girl working the... drive up window walks away without giving me my order. Then comes back and hands it to me like it's my fault she did not giveit to me.. rude !!! Read more
Their pickup order takes LONGER than drive thru would, seems that drive thru is their priority over ordering pick-up over app... and checking I'm here as soon as pulling into the lot. Had to wait longer than people ordering at the drive-thru. Not very deaffriendly as I've had one person tell me to go talk at the drive-thru speaker box once I tried to pick up at the drive-thru. Iexplained I was deaf and cannot understand the person behind that. All I got was an attitude for it. Read more

Del taco is awesome. There's only a couple in the Portland area and it's really sad otherwise I'd be going there a lot more if... there was one closer to me. It's sad that there's a Taco Bell on every corner yet Taco Bell really sucks. I dont come here very often. Now I remember why. A chicken EPIC burrito is like mcnuggets with mayo. And a bit of lettuce. Go to... chipotle for a real burrito.And the door doesnt close tight? I have to push it by hand. I wont be back. At least the lousy frieshad no salt. Yuk Read more
The Del Taco app. is garbage and not supported in the stores. Free items won can not be claimed on orders placed on the app.... Their fry unit keeps going down. Unsympathetic and rude staff. Read more
