I spent nearly a hour in there wanting a sandwich. A hour goes by I ask for a refund and as I'm cancelling the order they say... here it is we can make it right now, only after a line of customers came and went, the manager didn't even know I had orderedMost kitchens run like a well oiled machine this place is not a example of it. Don't waste time or money . The Policy andCulture of here needs to be changed . Order was not ready and not even been started until we went to pick it up. The app gave us a time to be there for the pick up,... dominion's should look at what they tell their customers. Dominion's just renovated the store so they could get customers servedfaster. Maybe they should have told the service staff that was the intent. There are a few local pizza places in the area wherethe service is 100% better, would recommend them over this location. This is not the first, second or even third time this hashappened. Delivery times are some times 2 hours, no thanks, think I'll spend my money somewhere else. Read more

Worst store in oregon for sure... placed and order over the phone and went in the store to pay and pick up.. after paying they... said 10 more mins i was ok with that.. waited 40 mins and went to ask an estimate on how much longer and they said my order gotlost somewhere somehow and they didn't even start my order.. they said i can wait 12-15 more mins until they do it.. I ended upcanceling the order since they didn't even offer or wanna give us any coupons or rewards for later use and were rude bout it...went to another domino's since the kids were in the car crying about it.... The person "in charge", Megan, is a chaotic mess. I saw no leadership qualities in the more than an hour I was waiting for my... online order placed at 3:50 for a family get together. Online stated it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived late at 4:45because it was a large order (10 pizzas) & the order hadn't even been started. She told me 4 times that she would personallymake my order yet never started on it. Each employee was working on a separate task rather than working as a team to quicklyget things done. Megan excelled in talking in circles and chit chatting with the other employees about anything and everythingnot having to do with getting revenue into the store by properly directing her team to fulfill the customer's orders. Idefinitely will not be returning to this location. A better alternative if you love Domino's is the location on Powell Blvd.While waiting for my order on Hogan, I contacted that store to see if they could take care of me. Absolutely ????% they could. I ordered and paid, again, for their location. Then spent 15-20 minutes waiting for Megan to stop talking long enough tounderstand that I wanted a refund. She kindly took care of that immediately and gave me her sincere apologies. I do understandthat these things can happen (I've been working in restaurants, including Management for more than 2 decades) but when theperson in charge hasn't figured out how to motivate themselves and/or their team to greatness, their company should think twiceabout who's navigating the ship to success or to sink. Sidenote: As soon as I left the Hogan location, I drove to the Powelllocation where my order had just gotten finished! Amber and her team were awesome. I wish I would've had more cash on me toleave a larger tip but was only able to leave $5 per employee. Read more

If you want overpriced cardboard pizza and want to wait 2.5-3hrs for your order this is definitely your destination of... choice... Had to cancele my order about a month ago. Gave them a second chance against my better judgment, the online order timeis off by at least an hour or more. Go elsewhere, you'll be glad you did! Read more

Ordered a custom pasta. Did not include bacon in my selections but oh boy was there bacon all through my pasta. This wasn't... accidental cross contamination. I'm allergic to pork. When the ingredient isnt selected it shouldn't be in my dish. I called andwas told they could make it for me again. I'll pass on being poisoned twice thanks.
