They just seem like they don't want to make pizza orders. The system was down it was almost like they were happy about that, she... couldn't give me an estimate of when I should come back to place an order for a pizza. She just said idk. It wasn't her faultthe system was down but it just seemed like she didn't want to put in too much effort to get it back up and running again sopeople could order some delicious Domino's. We were having a birthday party and ordered pizza for delivery and they called 20 minutes after it was ordered online and said... we cant complete your order. They said 3 hours for delivery after the order onl ou ne said 30 minutes. Very disappointing toeveryone. Read more
Pizza was cold. Ordered it on line and it said 45 minutes when it usually takes 15 to 20. I just thought they were busy but they... were not. So I arrived to see that my pizzas were ready and I paid for them and left. Not thinking anything of it. I remembernoticing that the boxes seemed smaller that normal and when I asked the counter person they just shrugged their shoulders andhad no comment. As soon as I get home I open up one pizza and it definitely looks different than usual. Not only was it cold butthey looked like they only put on half the toppings and cheese as normal. Extremely disappointed. Shrinkflation is a thing andif your company thinks no one will notice. You are sadly mistaken. Read more
We ordered pizza and didn't get it for 2 hours. However, it is 100° and they have busted butt to make sure all deliveries made.... The pizza was hot and delicious, many happy kids this evening. Thank you thank you! Read more
Ordered at 6:00pm and food came at 7:35pm. Not bad but wish app didn?t tell you 30-50 minutes. Order instructions to only half... meat on half the pizza wasn?t listened to, yes I was given more meat but when you have picky kids it makes it difficult.Delivery driver Jordan was very sweet, listened to my delivery note that I needed $20 back in change. Counter Service- seemed like we were interrupting them and they were to busy to get our order. First we called for a delivery... and then had to go pick up our order after the app showed it was on the way. Waited over an hour and then called the store to beinformed it would be another 35 minutes before it would even be out for delivery. We offered to come pick it up instead ofwaiting, only ones in the store when we get there and it took 12 minutes for someone to help us. Then they couldn't find theorder and it was another 22 minutes to get it to the service counter. I like the pizza and stuffed bread but may look foranother option for next order. Read more
Always fresh, hot, and ready when they say it is going to be. This 'newer' addition to the area, definitely puts the 'older'... Domino's in it's tracks!! Keep up the great work guys & gals!! Read more
