I?m a regular who has been coming to this location for a long time because I work near by. I?ve never had any problems in the... past, but the last few months the service and wait times have gotten worse and worse, I?ve noticed a shift in employees and I?mnot sure if that?s why? I finally decided to write this review today because I came for my birthday drink, waited in a line ofonly 5 cars for 25min, and the girl in the window had no conversation with me, didn?t say happy birthday, or even talk to me.She took my order, I asked to use my birthday reward, she said ?okay, you?re all set? and then turned to chat with hercoworkers.. I know it?s not mandatory to be nice, but the reason I have always loved Dutch Bros was their friendly service, andit seems to be dissipating here. Read more

I love DB! This location sucks, sorry to say. Always super duper slow like 10min (+) wait time. Staff is not friendly like other... locations. This is my neighborhood shop and I've stopped going because of the service and I'm a daily DB customer. Read more
I got 2 of the same drinks and they look smd taste completely different from one another. If I could post pics, I would. This is... a waste of money and time. On top of that, all the employees have broken, grimey, fake nails. It's disgusting to grab my cup ofcoffee and have some nasty nails touch my hands and arms. It's not sanitary either. Been coming here for years and always had great service and good coffee. Was disappointed today when I pulled up and sat at the... window for 30 seconds while they had a conversation before being said hello to. Made me feel like I was interrupting. Aftertaking my order going back to the conversation taking another 30 seconds to make my coffee, still fine with this as most dutchemployees are very social. After getting my coffee though and getting on the road I find out my coffee is luke warm at best ???? Read more
