The crappiest looking location. I came to pick up an order for Uber eats and the main door was locked. It was 5pm, WAY before... they close at 11pm. Nobody was there ordering so it wasnt busy AT ALL! The guy inside opened the door and just looked at me. Ithen said I was there for a pickup. He said he?d check and went back inside. I was standing there for about 10 minutes. Very disappointed in drive up window service. Ordered popcorn chicken and asked what flavored sauce they had. The woman said... "Good Sauce". I thought she didn't hear or understand me and repeated my question. She promptly said I'll tell you at thewindow. Got to window and she didn't even greet me just told me how much I owed. When she handed me my drink it was onlyhalfway filled. No thank you. She was lacking customer service skills and I felt rushed and like I was a bother to her day.What ever happened to customer service? Read more
Horrible service also I tried Apple Pay n it wasn?t working the young boy n older lady was speaking about how I should pay n was... very rude in Spanish and said y can?t I afford too pay with cash or card. Crazy thing is that they thought I didn?t understandthem when in fact I did but it?s fine I will no longer support this company with anymore of my money nor my family money and Iusual spend more than $50 each transaction. Better ask for no sauce on your tacos or you risk this.. not sure if the sauce packets in the bag were a joke or what. Also... thanks to covid, you best double check your order before driving off otherwise you'll have to pull around and wait in the drivethru line again, Food is great when it's not drowning in sauce and grease. I had a very bad experience coming here ! I was waiting for 30mim at the drive thru (8:10)am. And no body was working , They say... they open at 6:00am but nobody was there . I think they were sleeping inside. That car was just parked there and nobody insidethe car. Definitely not coming never again Read more
First of all, I need to say that I've been to quite a few drive-throughs, but this was the worst drive-through setup that I've... ever been to. The guy taking our order had a bit of an attitude, but they did seem understaffed, however there wasn't a linewhen my boyfriend and I got there. Fortunately, our milkshakes were pretty good, super thick but tasty. Jack in the Box doeshave some of the best fast food shakes which is why we went here in the first place. Read more
I'm giving the 5 stars. It took A very long time. But, it seemed like there was only 2 people making all the food, pushing out... orders the best they could. My burger came out fresh and it was made the way I asked! It's not their fault that the store isclosed inside, it's not their fault that only A few people want to do this job!
