it's fast food so there's that. this visit to the drive thru was so slow though. def pick something else if you're in a hurry
I think the cashier really hated his job or was reflecting a very bad day - his tone over the Drive through speaker was as flat... and dry as the Sahara dessert. I asked for a minute maid light fruit punch - he had no clue what that was (they have the drinkdispenser that offers 100+ choices) i even tried to explain to him step by step how to make it but he seemed flustered so i justchalked it up and said give me a diet coke (still got a regular dr pepper instead) the actual order we recieved was correct asfar as items ordered was concerned but fries were soggy and limp....... The sourdough swiss breakfast sandwich is my favorite along with their regular fries with the buttermilk ranch. So good!
First jack in the box experience and it was Horrible! service staff doesn’t speak English (more than 4 sentences) and i cant... speak Spanish . They Messed up the order and couldn’t communicate to save their lives. Argued with us when we were trying topay for the food we ordered yet didn’t want to give us what we paid for. Not sure why they're getting such bad reviews... I've had no problems here. The service is prompt, accurate... The food is... good. It was made exactly as I ordered it and hot. The drive-through lane (which is all I've ever gone through) is clean. Thescreens work properly. Overall this is a fine location of Jack in the Box. Plus I'm sorry but you cannot beat the Jack in theBox value menu. Plus it's close to the college which is great. It's next to the theater which is great. Read more
