Super disappointed in my experience tonight! To be honest I am not one to do a bad review or take the time to do a review at... all, but it was necessary. I come to this location regularly and they are great and always super fast. Tonight, not so much!There was no one inside nor in line ahead of me, yet I sat for 10+ minutes waiting on my 1 sandwich....all while I watched the 2girls working just played around, talking, laughing, looking at a cell phone and have a good time together. No consideration forthe customer in the car. I had 4 sick kiddos sitting in the car, fussing and anxious to get home. I am down for having a goodtime at work, as long as it doesn't compromised your customer service. It was super unprofessional and very frustrating!!!! Read more

First time trying this location. Soooooo slow in the drive-thru. 2 cars ahead of me, and I think I waited for nearly 10... minutes before hitting the window. And, then had to wait some more. Food was ok and wasn't horrible or anything. It was justthe unfriendly, slow service. Read more

Just like everywhere else they are understaffed, so their logo "freaky fast" wasn't really applicable, and only drive thru was... open. They did satisfy with the quality of the sandwich though. Read more

This location is open but they've purposefully made it look as if it's closed. The neon signs are off including the open sign.... The drive thru is closed with a sign that says they are ?closed today due to staffing shortages?. Today is every day apparently.The place looks vacant until you go inside and there are five staffers sitting on the counters staring at their phones.Unbelievable. What gives at this location? It?s wack. They are rude and condescending when you phone in. They sit around doingnothing until someone enters and then they scramble to look busy. They clearly don?t want to work, haven't a modicum of customerservice, and have s h i t management that is nowhere to be found. Get a grip. Read more

It?s ALWAYS something with this location in Gresham. It?s terrible. One time they were out of lettuce, another time the power... was off, then a different time they charged more than what was posted on the menu and the kid working shrugged and said ?We justraised our prices, we just haven?t updated the menu.? Today their credit card machine was down and when we paid cash they tookforever to make the food. The staff were messing around, were being unprofessional and rude. It would be one thing if one or twoof these things happened. But, every time I visit this location there is something wrong. It?s clearly very poorly managed. If Iwere Jimmy John?s I would shut this location down because it is ruining their reputation. To the owners of this location, justget it together! Read more

Extreamly slow and poor customer service at this location, went for my lunch brake and went in to order. When I got inside there... was one girl standing behind the counter on her phone (with 2 cars waiting in the drive through) and when I asked if I couldorder she said she had to go get someone. She came back with another employee who took my order right away and then went andstarted working drive through, she continued to just stand there looking like a lost puppy. Went through the drive thru and the speaker was broken so had to go to window to order and after ordering it took 15 minutes to... get 2 sandwiches and then when we got home they were incorrect. Order number 14's and there was no turkey on them, they werejust roast beef sandwiches, yuk. I understand being under staffed but putting out a wrong product is a no go for me, I do notcare if they are new, someone needs to be quality checking their work then. Read more

Edit: The fact that all you do is give a generic reply to each review shows that you do not indeed care about the results of the... orders coming from this restaurant. Skimming ingredients and still charging full price to consumers via Doordash, onlinedelivery through website, and in-store orders is fraud and a scam. You open yourselves up for lawsuits. I will begin to look into legal matters if you don't shape up your business model. Be transparent. Cancel orders if you don't have enough ingredients,properly notify customers if a product cannot be fulfilled properly, hire workers (yes I know there are shortages) that actuallycare about working, and address issues appropriately. If you don't care then neither do we. Shame on you. Also if you arereplying claiming to be the business owner in google but attempting to transfer us to a website saying "we would like to notifythe business owner of this issue", then what good are you doing anyways? Get with the times. Wake up. Tried to order a sandwichthrough door dash. Received a phone call from this location by someone who appeared to be mocking me. They adamantly stated thatthey cancelled my order but never did. The order is stuck on preparing order. Called back and spoke with another person there.They reassured me that they did indeed cancel. They did not. Cannot contact help because it only gives the number for the store.What a joke. What a shame. What a ripoff. I demand reparations as i paid quite a bit for extras on the sandwich.
