Used to visit this location in my overnight shift lunch break several days a week. I don't know what happened over the last... couple months, but the service is gone. Half the time they just ignore the call box. Even with no one in line. The other half ofthe time they close the drive through all together, blocking it with kitchen equipment. Meanwhile they are still listed as openand accepting orders and a crew is still inside, ignoring honking cars at the drive trhu window, trying to look like they justdon't notice. Me and my partner went here last night to grab a late night snack. Went through the drive thru and had to repeat the order 3... times because the guy kept putting in the wrong items. When we get to the window, the man doesn't say a word to me and justtakes my card. After paying and receiving the food we realize that he still didn't get the order right. My partner was missingfries in the meal and I asked for no onions or pickles on my sandwich but wanted the condiments. Apparently that means onlycheese. We also didn't get any straws which we were told were in the bag. Very disappointed with how the man treated us. Reallydisrespectful. Read more
Had to go back for missing food, manager had her head up in the clouds, and can't fix food right. Health codes need to be looked... at. Trash every where you look outside, and to top it off I watch a drug deal wall waiting for my food the first time. Hopefullythis place will clean it's act up or close for good. Read more
I always enjoy this McDonald's. It's in the middle of Gresham, so typically during meal times the drive thru lines can be long.... Yet regardless of if your dining in, or driving thru this McDonald's has enough staff. They stay chill, keep your ordercorrect and are always friendly. Read more
I am here right now with my son. As soon as we walked in, the entire lobby smelled of vomit. The elderly lady mopping the floor... is using the most disgusting, fowl smelling mop head. I'm sure that's where the smell is coming from. During our entire visit(we sat down to eat) the smell seemed to get worse as the mop lady got closer to the tables. I never saw here refresh the mop byrinsing it and using soapy water. She was simply spreading the dirt and the stench around the sitting area. The other staffseemed friendly and efficient; however, with the masks, the background noise, and the language barrier, it was very difficult tounderstand them. Great, as long as you order during the day. The late night staff are apparently crackheads and like to play games with your... orders if they?re having a bad night. The experience was okay, so so. I actually stopped here to use the restroom, but made adecent to-go order nonetheless. The people working were nice and correct an over sight. When choosing our table, I typed in the same one my son had used to... order his food. I didn't think anything of it at first because we're sitting together. My son's food came out. Non-issue. A halfhour goes by and I went to the counter to check the status. They didn't make it because they didn't realize it was a separateorder! I showed my receipt and explained I have been waiting and that we are sitting with my son. They made my order right awayand compensated the wait by giving an extra order of nuggets. Read more
This restaurant continues to disappoint. Rarely are the fries warm and crispy, more or less hot. The people making the... sandwiches might not be literate, as it seems near impossible to dress a sandwich without ketchup and pickles, as printed onsandwich tag. I try to avoid this store, but it is close to work and I do like my McDonald's app. I ran a store in downtown StLouis and a shocked at this location. Sad thing is it's been like this for years.
