It was close to closing but staff was still very welcoming. They made things to order that had been sold out. Store was clean. I... was sitting eating my beyond orange chicken and the manager came up and brought me a brand new fresh order of it, simply becauseshe wanted me to have some that was fresh. Really disgusted by the poor attitudes of the girls working the counter. I was in there late last night and there was a line out... the door. There were three girls working the counter but only one girl making the orders who was obviously anxious by thehostile work environment and not getting the help she needed. One girl came out from the back and started (quietly) yelling atthe girl making orders about something and then one of the other girls threw the girl who was making orders dinner away because?it was sitting there for too long and she hadn?t taken her break yet? ?? extremely rude and unprofessional to do especially infront of a line full of people. It was obvious this girl wasn?t able to take her break because of the line of people out thedoor and she was the only one doing her job!! You could tell she was trying to hold back tears but she just nervously laughed itoff and kept making orders. Really disappointing to see this kind of behavior. Read more
After eating at several the only real difference is the service. How do you rate service when it seems they almost always have... different people working right? And of course they're kids, they really don't care .. what can I get you, take your money andyou leave. It's not a gripe, it's just the world we live in. The food at this location is just ok. It?s not as good as other locations. Tonight the line was out the door, the manager was... Conversing with a table for about 20 minutes, while his staff struggled to provide service. I repeatedly had to go back to thecounter to have corrections made to my order. I know it?s only fast food, but there should be SOME sort of service. I won?t beback. If you really want Panda, go further into Gresham. The food is better and the staff is way more friendly. Excellent food and good costumer service. I would give five if they have more shrimps dishes options.
First time at this location as I normally go to the one in happy valley, today I just happened to be near here so I decided to... give it a try. As I walked through the door I was greeted and there was only one girl taking orders so the line was a tad bitlong. There was an old lady ordering food and for some reason she got upset and called for a manager to come and make her order.Which held up the line a bit more because she only wanted fresh food. When it was my turn to order a majority of the foods weregone not to mention it was sitting under no light and heat meaning half the food was stone cold. The worker was nice about itand said that hot and fresh food would be out in a few minutes. Wait wasn?t the problem for me. The girl took my order and asnew food came out she gave me good portion sizes. When I received my plate the only thing that was cold was the orange chicken.Other than that everything else was fine and thank you to the nice worker for being patient with everyone. Read more
Really disappointed in our last visit to the point where we had to actually email the company. The portions were much smaller... than normal, and they were seriously lacking in protein, for example the broccoli beef had literally 2 tiny scraps of beef, themushroom chicken as well there were only a couple pieces of chicken. They had also not labeled our order and it took about 15minutes to get it, even though it was ready the whole time and just sitting there. Then when I did get it, some other employeetried to take it back saying it didn't have my name on it, but by that point it did and it was definitely my order. It was justnot a great visit to panda.
