Ordered a half chicken sandwich and a bowl of soup to go. The container they gave me was 4 inches by 2.5 inches. In what country... is that considered a bowl worth of soup!?!?!? It was over $18! With a half sandwich, now a whole! At lease I know not to go backthere again which is sad because I work close by and would go all the time if it was reasonable. Read more
Extremely slow service. Where is the rest of the pickles they advertise for this sandwich? I got crumbs? 6 people working in... back and 1 person up front who needs help taking orders. 40 bucks for all my food and my sandwich is basically cold. Irecommend not going here. Read more
My wife gets a craving for a Panera sandwich now and then. Tonight, I grabbed one for myself.I got the new Spicy Take chicken... sandwich. Well... that's what I ordered. What I GOT was a dry, overcooked (sat under heat lamps for hours?) chicken filet on abun slathered in some anonymous sauce... with NOTHING else on the bun. I removed the cold chicken to heat it up and took pics ofthe bun, as it was served to me. I did end up putting my own sauce and veggies on the sandwich, but nothing was saving that bitof chicken leather. I ended up feeding a chunk of the chicken to my dog. ***Nothing against the employees, and I sometimes enjoythe coffee and baked goods here. But... WOW. Not at all impress with this Napa almond chicken sandwich.. Not what my taste bud was expecting. You can hardly see any slice... grapes or toasted almond, lol. I felt cheated....Apple was the best! Read more

I made a note on my order to add cream cheese to my bagel. They made a note on my receipt "due to covid we can't do that". But... they can build my egg white Spinach Avocado sandwich. I called the manager and she said "they can't open packages of spread", Iasked "so all the spread you used to make the other sandwiches, was that made in house? Or did that come in packages?" She said"they came in a package." I asked "so you can open big packages but not small packages?" She said "yes that's correct", I said"do you understand how crazy that sounds?" Read more
This is primarily a review of this Panera location and the Panera breakfast experience I had. I know Panera in general is good.... But it?s not often I leave a restaurant dissatisfied and desiring supplementary food?as if I never even ate?but this was thecase after trying breakfast here recently. I?m not a Panera regular. I?ve probably visited the restaurant less than five timesin my life, and I?m certain their lunch and dinner options are delicious?albeit kinda expensive. But I think they need toreevaluate their breakfast menu. When I walked in, I was glad to see they offered breakfast options, but upon review, I didn?tsee many choices. A few sandwich options and a bunch of oatmeal. That?s okay. Maybe they just do a few things really well. Ichose the bacon, egg, and cheese on brioche. It looked good. I also got a cookie and an iced coffee, but that?s it. I couldn?tfigure out what else to pair this sandwich with and the person who took my order wasn?t interested in making suggestions. Afterstumbling around trying to figure out where the iced coffee was hiding, another employee nicely pointed it out to me. AllPaneras seem to be organized in a very weird and unergonomic way that makes me question my observation skills and 20/15vision. Once I got my food I was greeted with something that looked pretty good, but once I bit into it, I realized it?s goingto be pretty disappointing. There seemed to be one single slice of flavorless bacon right in the middle of the sandwich, layeredin a bland cheese, and an undercooked over easy egg on top. I love eggs over easy, but usually you?re supposed to actually cookthe whites. This one was clearly not done. You know a sandwich is bad when the bread is the best part. I don?t know if thisrestaurant location was just having an off morning but maybe I just don?t go for breakfast there again for a while. Oh, thechocolate chip cookie was delicious.
