This is going to be my review of working there. Very unpleasant experience. When I started working there, I informed the... manager, kelsie, that I can?t work Sabbath and wanted to work maximum 15-20 hours a week. The week before Valentines, I get atext saying that they will have to put me up to work on Friday, but the problem was, sunset was very early and I couldn?t workafter sunset and I told them about this. They wouldn?t let it slide, and what I had to do was miss a school day to come in andwork to basically make up for the fact that I couldn?t work later. Another thing, that week I worked 39 hours, which was themost I?ve ever done. Average was 30 hour weeks (I wanted maximum 20). When the food there would ?expire? we would usually throwit out but what other crew members were doing, they were taking it home since it was going in the trash and they told me wasthat I could take it home. I did, and next day had Chris text me letting me know I had to come in and pay for them and accusedme of stealing them. For expired food ? They didn?t even offer a 50% discount for employees the whole time I worked there, whichthey said from the beginning they would do. I came in and paid for everything I took and so did my coworker. I had my tipsstolen nearly the entire time I worked there, Kelsie kept telling me it?s ?coming? but it never did. I took off a day of work 3months in advance and what do you know, they decline my request, and I still had to come in and work. They never let me takedays off. When I did have a regular day off in the middle of the week, I?d get a call almost every time asking to come in andcover. I got burnt out and can?t function now normally due to the stress of work and school combined. Nearly every day, I gotoff from school at 2:30 and started working at 3 and worked till 11 (couldn?t leave till the place was cleaned up). This place is absolutely awesome. Staff is very friendly but more importantly they are absolutely cranking out pizzas. The kid... must?ve had 20+ live receipts in his hand and they weren?t faltering. Years of great service & pizza fell apart today. Tried lying upon order saying I could get a Family size for Tuesday special... price, them admitted it would be upcharge. Got my order and instead of 1/2-1/2 it was 1/4-3/4. With no extra pepperoni on itnor charged for it. Failure tonight. Have to sue a different location. Read more

Decent enough to meet the needs of starving teenage boys ????. Definitely the cheapest option around for feeding them. Staff was... friendly and pizza was made quickly so we were able to get home to finish baking it in a timely manner. Read more

My order has been wrong the last two times I visited this store. I went back the last time to get the correct order as the pizza... was the wrong sauce and toppings. They had to remake the pizza 3 times cause they repeatedly put the wrong sauce and toppingsagain. They apologized and giggled but did not offer discount of any kind. Saddest looking stuffed pizza I've ever seen. The kids working here look stressed always. I'm hoping it taste better then it... looks. Also wondering why when I used a 25% coupon off $20, my total was 21.99 and it only takes off 1.50? We got a stuffed anda salad. It excluded NYC, specials and Tuesday deals. So I don't know why it doesn't work. Yeah it's $4 extra dollars I'm notsaving but it doesn't make any sense. Why give out the coupons. Wish the crew had more support/quality checks. This papa Murphy?s location always has good customer service and is consistent with toppings. My only complaint is periodically... they quote a time when ordering online and I still end up waiting for 15-20 minutes beyond that time. It can be busy, bewarned, but the pizza is always good. Pre-order online and use a coupon. EDITED: Removed another star for the delay 2 moretimes since. Seems to be a compulsive staffing/lack of ability to meet needs problem. Read more
