They got my drink wrong and when I talk to them, they did not offer to make me the right drink. Another thing was that the seal... was not put on perfectly causing my drink to spill. The only thing that I would say is trying to pay more attention tocustomer?s order and be more careful next time. I love the drinks though. Read more
Love the tea here! But don't bother with their loyalty program. I've only gotten points once out of the 6 times I've been there,... despite trying multiple times to get it to work. I've had one person tell me they can manually add it points, and others saythey have no idea how the system works and can't help me. Oh well at least the drinks are tasty ???? Read more
Drinks are great.. but - staff is extremely unprofessional. I sat at the counter waiting for someone to take my order while the... employees were standing there having a conversation. They waited to finish their conversation and THEN took my order, whichlasted about 2 minutes. Once my order was taken, you could hear one of the girls up front complaining about my order because Iwanted additional ice. She said it right in front of me like I didn?t exist. Some employees are wearing pajama pants and it?svery clear that the people that work here are probably still in high school. Again, great product but very very unprofessionalthe multiple times I?ve been here. If there was another place closer, I?d be going there. Read more
Disappointed. Ordered two bubble teas on a busy Memorial Day. First- someone in front of us took our drinks on accident. Super... nicely they whipped out drinks back up. Then they were out of boba for my matcha. Fine- it tasted great. But then after sittingdown and sipping our tea multiple other orders had boba. Hmmm. My partners fresh milk taro wasn?t fully blended and she didn?tlike drinking it. Now I?m realizing I paid $.75 for that boba in the matcha. I wanted to like this place- the aesthetic is niceand I like how you can get your desired level of sweetness and ice- but unfortunately left disappointed and probably won?t beback. Did you say REAL boba in Gresham? I couldn't believe it. They didn't do enough marketing for grand opening. I got really lucky,... stopped by best buy and saw the sharetea sign. No powdery drinks. Real tea, real milk tea, real fruit drinks!! And if youhaven't yet, get the mini pearls. The passion and mango drink was so refreshing! Literally everything is good. Thank you foropening up in Gresham!???? And shame to all the folks complaining on service and wait times on the first week of opening!! Read more
Fantastic service and quick drinks. The menu was nice and extensive, the selection was plentiful.
I can always count on great customer service when I go here! The place is always inviting and clean no matter the time of day.... Will always recommend this place for bubble tea. Read more
