Took 20 mins to even get drinks. Then had to wait another 10-15 mins to order food. Then took at least half an hour to get food.... Didn't have the stuff to make my order, had to change it and then they still made me pay for it. Gave us one big bill instead ofasking us if we wanted to split it up. Waiter was also very unsanitary. Came to dine at 1AM on 8/23/2022. Hostess was lovely. Silverware had dried on brown substances. Watched the cook with my own... eyes stir a pot, take a big bite off the spoon, and keep stirring. I understand food service and not having much time to eat?but make your own plate and eat off of that. We couldn?t even eat the food given to us because we had no idea if he had mixedhis own saliva with it. Absolutely disgusting. Read more
I was in Sharis on Burnside/Gresham tonight. Julie is an excellent waitress always!! She is our server most times we go there.... Tonight it was so hot in there, no ac and very short staffed!! She is always so happy and attentive, definitely a favorite ofours!! This lady deserves a raise and some help! A paid vacation somewhere fun would make her year I bet! You have a greatserver!! This time we stopped to pick up a pie. The case was full and ready for our choice... Marionberry!!!! ????Breakfast is good... anytime.... but pie is good everytime! We hadn't been to a Shari's in a few years. This particular establishment the customer service was friendly and prompt. One of... the great things about Shari's is no matter which establishment you visit the food is always identical as if it were prepared bythe same cooks. My only complaint is that this place doesn't have the iconic double door entrance and it made the tables nearentrance very cold. The temperature outside was frigid which made it that much worse.
