I wish I could give 0 stars but they don?t allow that option. The customer service was non existent. And that was after wtg on... hold for over 36 min. Then when I finally got thru not only was the girl rude but she lied about the policy. I go to Starbuckseveryday and spend anywhere from $10-$30 depending on how many people are with me. Needless to say this will not be my new dailystore even though it?s the closest to my new home!!!!!! Read more
Have not bought anything from here in a while. They have some good tasting items, but not sure what I want from them.
I got a cold brew this morning and asked for coconut milk. The batista was too busy talking to her coworker to pay attention to... what kind of milk she used. I am VIOLENTLY lactose intolerant and will have to call out of work for the 3 drinks I took in mycar before noticing. I will be calling to talk to a supervisor. UPDATE: I spoke with Dawn the manager and she helped fix thissituation. She was kind and professional. I WILL be returning due to the help I received. Read more
