I wish I could give 0 stars but they don?t allow that option. The customer service was non existent. And that was after wtg on... hold for over 36 min. Then when I finally got thru not only was the girl rude but she lied about the policy. I go to Starbuckseveryday and spend anywhere from $10-$30 depending on how many people are with me. Have not bought anything from here in a while. They have some good tasting items, but not sure what I want from them.
I got a cold brew this morning and asked for coconut milk. The batista was too busy talking to her coworker to pay attention to... what kind of milk she used. I am VIOLENTLY lactose intolerant and will have to call out of work for the 3 drinks I took in mycar before noticing. I will be calling to talk to a supervisor. Does not have wall outlets to plug in phone or laptop to get work done like a traditional coffee shop
The staff are rude, sad and mean. I actually decided not to order from here ever again.
The girls that worked this morning 12/12/18 do not have good customer service at all. They ignore customers unless you are a... man. All they could talk about is about men and the drinks were horrible. They do not listen to the whole order. They were rudeespecially the girl with dark brown hair in pony tail. Not Elvira, although she was not very friendly either. I would havetipped well but not after the service I received. I wait till end of service to tip just to see. Read more
