This is absolutely the last time I'll ever be eating here. They have screwed up my order several times in a row now and it's so... sad. Used to love this place. Burger I just received was nearly inedible. Completely soaked in sauce I didn't ask for, chewy,covered with gross "cheese". Stale fries. At least they got the soda right. 15$ for something I wouldn't feed my dog. Shameful. Read more
I understand your eggs are freshly cracked, but it's not hard to keep the shell out of it... More times than not I start... crunching on shell chunks. Also, the new French toast sticks are tasteless. Go to Burger King if you want good ones. Read more
This location has been known to have slow, sometimes discombobulated service. And even has been closed for lack of staffing... (I'll blame Covid for that) The line backs up quickly, esp during peak hours. Last time, I had to come inside for my mobileorder and couldn't just pick it up in the drive through. I didn't have a problem w that, except that on the app it offered drivethrough pick up so I wasted time and gas waiting in the drive thru line only to be told to park and come in. Be prepared forthat if you mobile order. Quality of food is hit and miss. Read more
Average Wendy's. Went here a couple of times. Never been inside. Couldn't tell you if it were clean or not. Haven't been for a... few months but typically alright. Used to go here a few years ago quite often with friends while in high school for lunch. Read more
Not the first time we have had someone else?s order. And got charged for ours. Tried calling several times. Get a pick up and... hang up immediately. Finally after several calls. They finally pick up and are very rude. I think this is the last time we willbe doing business with this Wendy?s. I do understand being short handed. But a customer should never be treated poorly like thatwhen the order was not right and we were over charged for what we got. Strait up missed half the order and payed over $30 forour meals. I went on a Tuesday night to drive through at 830pm to be told they close at 830pm even though it is posted drive through closes... at 10pm. If they are going to have different hours then they need to change their hours sign. Poor customer service to justclose early for no reason!!@ several cars behind me too!@@ so couldn't get any food. Went there Thursday around 8pm. They were closed! Really? Went there tonight was charged for 2 orders of fries only ordered 1.... They were barely cooked! Also ordered a 6 piece nugget, received 4! Read more
Got to the Wendy's at 950pm. They close at 10. They were closed when I arrived. If that's your policy, don't allow me to place... an online order at 940pm. Pretty simple. Not only were they closed during posted hours of operation, I was charged for food Inever received. Read more
