The manager Easy is very personable and professional. The food has improved so much!! I usually order online and pickup. Since... he been working the shift I usually order. The wings are cooked perfect. I can taste the chicken and not just the sauce. Myfood is neatly put in place every time. I really can tell the difference in management. Placed a pick up order through Door Dash. When I went in to pick it up they had said they didn't have my order that their... internet was down . Understandable I wasn't worried about that at all. The guy helping me at the counter was so nice andhelpful. However the manager was horribly rude about the whole thing. When whoever was helping me had asked what to do themanager told him it wasn't in the system so they didn't have it and to cancel the order. He thought I was a driver and theemployee tried to tell him it was my food but he didn't listen. He approached me and told me that he didn't have the order sorryjust cancel the delivery. I informed him that I'm not a delivery driver it was my food I was picking up. He told me that it "wasn't his problem." I was taken by surprise by this and asked if I was getting my food or not and he told me that "He was tobusy for this" and walked off. The guy at the counter was so nice and wrote down my order and got it going for me right awayapologizing for his managers behavior. the food was good and the customer service from the person at the counter was great. Butthe Manager definitely should NOT be in management if that's how he he should be treating customers or his employees! Read more

We didn?t get our carrots & celery. I?m still leaving a 5 star review because I realized that in the past 2 years of chaos, when... we orders takeout on the regular and this gresham wing stop was one of our major go-to?s, they had never missed anything.Multiple orders for multiple people with all kids of variety and it was alway right. Anyways, I have some carrots & celery in myfridge and some solid wings as usual so I will be just fine! Thanks for what you do! Read more

I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. The ?general manager? that was working tonight was so rude to me after... they gave us the wrong order. I was nothing but polite and just wanted to pick up my correct order, but ?victor? was soincredibly rude to me that I walked out of the restaurant in tears. I think the establishment is poorly managed, and shortstaffed, and I think this employee was under a lot of pressure and blew up on the first person that showed any sort ofsubmissiveness towards them. I think wing stop should maybe take better care of their employees so they don?t take out theirfrustrations on innocent polite customers. Maybe management classes, and order limits when you?re short staffed? Maybe morevacation time and higher wages to make sure employees feel taken care of? I will never return to this establishment, and I?llnever forget how poorly I was treated here, I?ve never had someone be so rude to me. Read more

Did a walk in order. It was 30-40 minute for an order. I got here at 9:07 didn?t leave till 10:45. There was 5 other people who... ordered around the same time as me. You would think they would make the orders in the order they were placed. That didn?thappen. There was a couple that knew one of the workers and had gotten their order before my self and the others before them. Iwent to check my order I was told I?m waiting on my fries. Also The staff didn?t seem to care to help customers that walked upto the counter. All they cared about was the type of music they were playing and who was singing it. The district manager or gmneed to get things in order. I don?t blame the workers for their poor work ethic. I blame the managers who let it slide. Read more

The general manager was rude and arrogant. They gave our order to someone else and then accused my husband of sending someone to... get it. The general manager and staff were irritated with us because of their incompetence, and treated us like we thieves. Hedidn?t even apologize for the mix up or offer any sort of compensation. Always epic, the staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. They were quick to acknowledge us and take our order. The reason for... 4/5 stars, guys c'mon forgot the veggies sticks and ranch and Bleu cheese, that was half my meal. The wings were absolutelydelicious!!!!!! Perfect cook and saucy and spiced just perfect. The corn oh my goodness! Always will try them next time, welltonight was next time and instantly has become one to order every order.
