Great service. The girl at the counter was so nice and worked well with the others to get me my delicious wings quickly.
They are slow and keep messing up orders and giving food away to the wrong person. I ordered my food and 8 people after me go... there's and as I was listening the orders ended up being wrong. It's sad to say I won't be coming or ordering anything from thiswing stop I'll go to the other ones. Read more
Not a good experience, wings where not well coted, sides had less than a scoop of frys per trey, forgot my dips and could not re... deliver dips and fries. I got a "credit" but it was not on my account when I called to place an order, got a discount instedthat was not equal to my credit at all. I would have ordered from my main location on Burnside but they did not let me place anorder there. Avoid this place if you want wings. They need more staff and better quality control. Waisted 70 bucks on a mehmeal. This put me off from wingstop for a while. Update, gave them another try, filled my order with 19wings not 20, all drumsand the frys where half way done. I waited an hour and a half for the food and it tasted horrible. There was barely any sauce in my wings. The manager was rude... when I asked to speak to them and there was no reason they should have been that disrespectful. They gave me a lot of attitudeand it was not needed in the situation. Read more
Sauces on all 3 wings we ordered were bland no flavor , fries were soggy, had to wait more time in the store than what they said... it would take to be ready. Just overall flat out horrible plus the counter girl was a bit rude.. Read more
Let's start with the food: Overall it was good! Our wings were very well coated. For anyone not into spice, they like to lean... toward the spicy side of life, so just keep that in mind. My wife and I ordered fries with our wings, and we probably won'torder them again unless we were sitting in the restaurant. They were soggy by the time we got back home, but the flavor wasstill good! The service however: I ordered through Doordash, and we decided to go pick up so we could save on the fee. When Icame in (early, granted) the guy couldn't locate my receipt to confirm he got the order. So I left to get out of the way andlower the pressure, and returned at the estimated completion time. I asked again, and he still couldn't find it. I told him thathe needed to figure it out, and only then did he find my order ticket. He said he couldn't see the name because it was "coveredin sauce." I asked how long it would be at that point, and he said it would still be another 20 minutes because they had "just abunch of orders right now." They also had about 10-15 people waiting in their lobby for orders at that time, and a whole wall oforder tickets. When two of your three workers are going as slow as the day is long, that will happen. We went and got ice creamat McDonald's, and waited another 20 minutes. I came back in and who I assume was the manager was in the back moving thingsalong. Lobby was empty, tickets cleared. All they needed was a little guidance, but all in all I wasn't super impressed by theservice. I understand that the location is new, and there are lots of growing pains. For the next month or so, this issomething to expect when ordering, that there will be hiccups. Read more
