The person checking people out was very confused and didnt seem to know where they were and getting orders mixed up and wrong. ... They had to ask me what my sides were 3 times. My last two visits to this location haven't been good. My last trip I had incorrect items in my order. This visit I get home and... was missing a burger. I live a few minutes away so I went back to the restaurant to let them know. I walk in with receipt inhand all the workers are by a table on the floor. One finally acknowledged me and asked if I forgot my burger... Lol. I said"No" you work behind the counter so you forgot not me! She removed my burger;from the oven, bagged it and stared me down withthe dirtiest look. At this point I'm not sure I'll be back! Read more
Service is ok here, food is good...but $5.99 for a medium side item is RIDICULOUS. I get that inflation is on the rise right... now, but when a side item is only 50 cents less than a whole sandwich?...Then we got a problem. UPDATE: From 3 stars to 1 star.Why? An employee MOCKED me for saying HI! All I said was Hi, in a chipper and upbeat way because I was having a good day andwanted to spread the happiness a little bit. A female employee mocked the way I said it, as she walked back into the kitchen. Ispoke to the manager and all she commented was that they were "kids". Kids or not, you don't disrespect ANYONE who did nothingto deserve it. ALSO, there were 2 pieces of HAIR inside my sandwich wrapper...where the sandwich was! I will not be coming backhere ever again.
