This the 2nd time I ordered a large sprite. I get to work, and it is carbonated water. The phone is broke , so they say and you... can't get an answer. I want my money back or another REAL sprite. Horrible service! The girl in the drive thru very rude. She kept repeating wrong order back to me and told one customer "I don't... know what you're even talking about" very sarcastic. My order was cold fries terrible and it said free pie with large size mealwell, I didn't get one. She didn't ask what kind of sauce for nuggets they just threw one in and not a fan of sweet and sour.Just bad experience. Read more

Brain dead employees. Ordered #5. Young dude rings me up, receipt prints and instead of giving to me he walks over to the door... trash can and throws it out. Then food comes out with no hash-brown. I question it to he and female employee (manager?). Theysay, ?he only rang you up for a sandwich.? Very well, but I ordered a #5. ?But he only rang you up for a sandwich.? Again Iunderstand. Though I ordered a #5 which comes with a hash-brown (me thinking in my head that any reasonably manager/restaurantwould just walk over and give me what I ordered and correct their mistake).
