First time here and I'm in love with this place. A friend recommended to me. The restaurant atmosphere is wonderful. The... employees were very kind and helpful, I was undecided about what to have for lunch and Sonia recommended me a baked pork chopand mashed potatoe, so delicious a great recommendation! While serving me Sonia showed an empathetic, friendly and professionalattitude smiling at all times. Carmen C was delivering an excellent customer service while she was on cash register area,positive and good attitude. What I found what turn out to be a sliver of tilapia coated in enough batter to make it look like a nice size fillet of catfish.... I was disappointed. Too much sugar in the carrot soufflé, cold black eyed peas. The workers however were very helpful and nice. Read more

I also had the carrot souffle. My sister had crawfishetouffee, broccoli and cheese rice and carrot souffle. We had no complaints. **Now understand the food is nothing to write homeabout but it's nothing to complain about either.** If you are not picky and just want something quick to avoid cooking oreating fast food, come here and eat. Food was good and tasty but I do believe it is a little over priced. Was charged $11.99 for a rotisserie chicken ???? breast... with wing. Also had brussel sprouts, corn, mashed potatoes with gravy and a tomato/cucumber salad for a total $18 and change.Dining area was clean and Amy was bringing patrons extra napkins and whatever else they wanted. Tried to get change to leave atip for Amy but the cashier was no where to be found as they had other customers waiting to pay for their food. As stated theyfood was cooked to perfection and tasty.
