Ordered for delivery tonight, I even tipped & wrote delivery instructions. I called when I realized I couldn't track my order to... check if my delivery order was still in the system dude said yes. After over an hour since ordering I called back, I wasinformed our order was for pickup. Why wouldn't dude say it was pickup when I told him it was delivery? Ordered my pizza for delivery DoorDash took a picture but... didn?t actually leave it I called the restaurant and they immediately got a new order going and even called me back to let meknow that a different driver was going to be heading my way. Just moved to gretna. Thought that having a pizza hut close by was a huge plus since its my fave corporate pizza chain. I've... tried ordering 3 times this week and all 3 times I've been met with some lame excuse as to why they cant make my order. Thislast time was running out of dough. Apparently they ran out of every dough for all of their pizzas. It's apparent they don'twant my business. So now you've lost it. I had not visited pizza hut in years due to past negative experiences. This latest one was no exception. It is rare for me to... write reviews much less contact customer service. We had a wrong order delivered to us by a ride-share driver. After trying to get in contact with the driver, we called Pizza Hut... and they suggested we try to call the driver one more time. Luckily, we got in contact with him and he dropped off our correctorder. Imagine our surprise when, an hour later, we hear our doorbell ring and it?s someone from Pizza Hut. They hadn?t heardback from us and so, assuming we weren?t able to get our order taken care of, sent an entirely new replacement. The food wastasty but this 5-star is for the service in particular.
