I had the last lamb shank that was available and boy do I feel lucky, the meat fell right off the bone, was so tender and... delicious. Everything at Sahara is top notch, I enjoyed the appetizer sampler, the falafel is delicious and would have been mytop choice if it was not for the Lamb Shank. If you've never had Lamb Shank and you are a meat lover, head over to Sahara, theydon't have it available every day so make sure to call ahead if your heart is set on it. You can bring your own beer/wine and there's no corkage fee (as of Feb. 2022). They do have wine glasses also. Great food &... staff- not overly friendly, not too intrusive, just right. The food was very good. I got the half and half chicken and beef shawarma and really enjoyed it. I feel the portion size was... acceptable for the price although mine was biased towards the chicken but I was overall quite pleased with my supper. The humuswas also great too if you're a fan of it. Today was my first time coming here and it was fantastic! I asked the gentleman at the counter what he recommended since it my... first time and he recommended that I order the half & half. He also recommended dining in, which I am glad that I did. Theserver was very friendly, the food was delicious, the portions were large, and the Lebanese tea was refreshing. I wanted to tryout a dessert but I was incredibly full by the end of the meal. I'll be recommending this place to family and friends! Read more
