Always good customer service here.

Picked this one over the one on gen degaulle and lately the service has been EXTREMELY slow!!! Not sure what happened (maybe new... staff or new management) but everytime I come now the line is backed up almost to Walgreens next door and the staff have to comeout with the laptop. I have been to this smoothie king several times and have never had a problem. The service is quick and courteous. However, ... today I bought my usual mocha high protein smoothie and it was NASTY! I realized that the receipe has been changed and now theyadd dates. Next time I'll have to remember to leave them out of my drink! I'm not sure whose idea that was...but yuck! Read more

I have not checked to see if these are franchises but this Smoothie King is the worst. The employees have the stinkiest... attitudes. I say all the time, if you have a job dealing with the public, check your attitudes at the door because nowadaysespecially, you just might get back that same energy you put out. Read more

This establishment is clean,courteous, Efficient. From the moment you walk in the staff is welcoming. The entire staff is... positioned by their blenders and eagerly process your order..as they move the crowds along both in store & along drive upwindow.. This place and the staff are awesome!!! I come here at least 2 to 3 times a week and order the same thing usually ( vanilla hulk... ). I looked on Google Maps and found this location. It states it opens at 9:30. I went to the mall and waited 10 minutes until... 9:30. I went up and asked the woman if I could order. She said she wasn?t open. I said it says online and on your site you openat 9:30. She said, ?No, I changed that on Google and it?s 10.? I asked, ?Could you please make me one since I?m here and youadvertised you opened at 9:30?? She said NO!! And walked away. Horrible customer service. Horrible. Read more
