We Started to frequent them when they were still in a food truck & once they opened up a restaurant we were so happy!! It's a... hidden gem on the westbank that has 1. Great parking. 2. Friendly service. 3. Delicious food! Flavors & smells are alwaysconsistently good, here's a look at their Khao Soi & Pad Thai! Definitely recommend both! @phidingthefam Read more

I have no idea what the bad reviews are about! We ate here Everyday during Gretna Fest. In my Opinion, serving hot food made... to order one serving at a time would be incredibly hard to be great and consistent in that environment. The Pad Thai wasdelicious and we talked with many other people at the festival that felt the same way! WONDERFUL food - fast service for cookedto order on the spot in the street! We are planning a trip back to Gretna just to go for lunch (From Mandeville) next Saturday! A MUST! Read more

I brought my Gunny Sgt here to expose him to one of the best soups in the city......and if you don't know it's the Green Curry... soup. Had it for the first time at the Southeastern Asian Foodie Fest a few years ago. My cousin got me an order of the soup butdidn't tell me what it was or where it came from. I was damn near a divine culinary experience. Tried to figure out how to makeit. Came up with some good food but the soup eluded me until Thai D'Jing opened up and I went there and found it. It wassuggested to me and I when I tried it I was divine. I came back three times the first month they were open. My Gunny came thereand we requested it a little spicy and with shrimp and an order of the Shrimp and Cheese rolls. He was hooked. He said itslapped so hard. We will be going back some time soon. Worst Thai food I've ever had. It surprised me because it had been recommended to me by someone. Maybe they were having a bad... night. The Pad See Ew came with all of the noodles rolled up in tight rolls, rather than as long noddles. See picture below. ThePad Thai was so over-cooked it was a gelatinous block. And the Stir Fry Cashew nut was a very small portion of cooked bellpeppers and green onions in a tasteless sauce, no cashew nuts . I would have taken it all back for a refund had it not been sofar away. We won't be going back. In response to restaurant response: I have eaten Thai food at many places and never had PadSee Ew noodles rolled up like this before. Rather than long, wide, flat noodles, they were thick, chewy sticks. Seems to defeatthe purpose of having noodles. Read more

The appetizers were great, but the pad thai, basil fried rice, and drunken noodles were a little disappointing.

Intimate restaurant with really great, friendly service and delicious Thai food! Was really surprised to find this place with my... friends who frequent this establishment. It's definitely a stand out for the Westbank. The spicy wasn't horrifically spicylike some Thai places make their spice, so you can actually taste the other flavors. So keep that in mind because it's mild, medium or hot spicy options. I got hot and it was very tolerable, probably comparable to a low medium heat at most Thai places. Will definitely be back! Bright and cheery. Clean and comfy, Food was fabulous. Whole fried sea bass. 2 daily specials; shrimp roti and steak roti. Both... came with salad and soup. I had the coconut curry soup and my companion had the potato soup. When the food came, we'd stoppedtalking. Enough said. Read more
