I did an online order. The order was to be ready 21-26 mins per the receipt. It was more like 45 mins. I wish the wait time was... more accurate. When I arrived at the store about 20 mins after ordering, the restaurant was packed. The staff was diligentlyworking. The young lady at the front counter was taking phone orders, in person order?s, and handing out complete orders. Theemployees in the kitchen were like I said diligently working. The chicken and fries were good. We had the bone in chicken wings. The parking lot is very tight and parking is not pleasant.... Very busy place. Good for a quick bite. Food is good but definitely not healthy. If you want a cheat day, this is the place toget greasy fried food that is tasty. Oh don?t call their phone, they?re super busy. Just stop by, order for pickup, and eatsomewhere else. There is something about fatty food that my belly just loves. Make sure you get a side of ranch and ketchup.Order and try it?. I didnt visit it but I've had it, the wings are sometimes mild but ive had my fair share of experiences of needing water because... the wings are too hot. So really it depends on what you order, really good place just.. bring some water ???? Read more

This review hits home for me, as I grew up loving wingstop. We've given this specific location so many chances over the course... of the three years that we've lived here. It's had terrible service, rude employees for no apparent reason, and poor qualityfood. That being said it has also occasionally had very nice employees, good service, and good food. So why do I rate thislocation so low? It's fast food so I would imagine they have a high turnover rate, but that shouldn't excuse a wildlyinconsistent experience. It may appear that I am being overly critical of fast food, but it's still upwards of $35 dollars pervisit for two people. Needless to say, after receiving the most recent order our household will not be returning. This is due toour last five visits having very low quality food, employees not following the "special instructions" that are available throughonline ordering, and pickup times taking significantly longer than what they were supposed to be. The cashier Jade was very rude and unprofessional talked with a nasty attitude entire time holding outside work conversations... out loud it was real ghetto !!
