The staff like to talk about other staff members ( specifically Sam the night time manager )and I have proof that she refers to... her staff as the " F" word and then the staff like to take the cheese bag and squirt cheese at eachother at close time insteadof doing there nighty close work. Literally the worst stop I?ve ever had at an Arby?s. Drive-thru had an attitude while greeting and really short and snotty while... taking order. Got to window and paid for food, and got drink. Standard time for waiting so no big deal there. Upon taking theclub wrap out of wrapper which was just just folded together, I notice the bacon looked cold/old. Took a bite out of it andthere was cold grease sitting on the bacon. I think I?ll take my chances and starve before coming back here. Read more

Tonight I was denied a tray with my food for my dine in order with my family. The manager on duty said they don?t offer trays at... night so they can get out quicker. She was completely rude, refused to tell me her name. But with all the tattoos on her leftforearm she should be easy to identify. Terrible customer service. Disappointed especially when the prices are as high as a nonfast food restaurant. Read more

Some of my food was forgotten even when I asked if they were in the bag. I drove all the way home and they weren't in the bag. ... I drove back and she was rude with me about everything. I asked for more au jus and she told me that was the most they couldput in the container. I asked if I could pay more for another container and she shut the window and turned around so shecouldn't see me. I have had tons of problems with them getting my order incorrect and being rude about it. I won't go backthere again. Very disappointed. Every other place will do something nice for you like a free drink for driving back the 30minutes or even just an apology but she did nothing but be rude. Read more

For fast food it was average at best. Sandwiches were cold as well as the fries. Going through the drive up you would expect... your food to be warm at least. Read more

Used the drive thru. Ordered 6 sandwiches and a couple of sides. $40. When we get to our destination, we have no sauce, no... condiments at al! Not even for the jalapeño poppers. No napkins and my French dip wasn?t cut in half. It?s no different thananywhere else. No one cares about quality of service. We all just need to learn to stay home! Very disappointing!! Read more

On this date, June 12, 2022, the lobby is closed. So, no indoor eating. Only online orders or drive-thru is available. Walked... over from a nearby Holiday Inn, then found out about the above limitations. (This is also true about the Taco Bell nextdoor.) Had to walk back to the hotel, get our car, then use the drive-thru. The good note is that food was good. Wait timeafter the order was reasonable, took about 10 minutes. I did expect a better/faster time, since this site is only doingdrive-thru service so of course, all their resources are aimed toward this.) Read more
