Not one to leave a bad review but I've never been yelled at by staff for opening the door. Decided to go somewhere else.

Absolutely ridiculous service. There was a long line of customers waiting for their order and the workers were hitting each... other with a wet towel. But they would also hit the wet towel next to or on trays of food they were preparing. Totallyunsanitary and totally unprofessional. I worked in fast food, i understand having fun with your coworkers, but there is a timeand place. Not when there is a long line of people crammed into a small place waiting for their orders to get taken. Read more
Customer service was lazy and horrible. Went in to get a bucket. Okay I get it. It's a bigger order but it is part of their menu... but staff refused to make it. Didn't offer other options or even mention to wait. We would've waited if as long as it needed tobe if they did make them. (We made a 30 minute drive, so very disappointed) They decided they didn't want to make it becausethey didn't want to. Which shows they Don't care for their customers. There should've been no excuses since went in at 5:00.There's still time to make and time for others customers to come in. I would not recommend people to go here. At least with thecurrent staff. Never greeted. Asked for a number 3 and 1 small lemonade and a medium lemonade. She didn't even know what the number 3 is. Keep... in mind only numbers 1-6. Forgot the lemonade with the combo and forgot the dipping sauce for pretzel. First pretzel I've hadwith cold cheese. The pretzel itself I didn't eat even half. I'll stick with good baseball field ones. Oh and no lids for thecups, that's a first. Read more

Horrible customer service! So many workers just standing around and when I placed my order for an item on the menu the guy at... the register rolled his eyes and said that will be 15 minute wait. Then I got it and it was not what I ordered. I told him thatI didn?t order that and he said yes that is what you ordered and rolled his eyes again. As if I don?t know what my order wasfor? Come on!
