I love the decor. It's very calming. The restaurant is clean. Elizabeth the general manager greeted us with a smile and said... welcome to dennys. Cat was very friendly and efficient. The food was good but waitress was very slow she brought me my food and seen my drink was empty and still didn?t bring me a... refill but continued to clean a table not that they have numerous tables will not be back to this Denny?s by far the worst one Ihave been to. I don?t known what happened, but it was only a 5 minute wait to be seated, but an hour wait to get our food. However, our... waitress, Bree, was an absolute rock star. We could tell everyone was stressed, but she was calm and made sure everyone,including the tables around us, were taken care. She continued to check on us often, and even took time to interact with one ofour kids who wanted to tell her about football. If I could give her alone, 5 stars I would. The food took forever, and one ofour people ordered a chicken fried steak that was still raw. Bree took it in stride, and quickly offered up something else inexchange. Read more

Made a reservation for a group 4 days in advance. It wasn't communicated. They weren't ready. Did their best. Couldn't seat... us. Made part of our group wait an additional 30 minutes. Meanwhile seating additional 4 customers before us. Asked for To goboxes for entire table. She came back with 1. Asked again, she came back with 1 more. Asked again. Got it right. Forced to tipmore than we wanted because machine wasn't working properly. Waited 2 hours for cold burger. Couldn't wait to leave. Read more
