Slow rude staff, the portions were small and the place was dirty. All the tables were filthy and trashes were overflowing. I'll... never be back to this location. Read more

The gentleman working the grill was so pleasant. They are clearly short staffed today and he was so upbeat and working so hard.... Honestly the best customer service I have gotten in while. Read more

I own a restaurant in the area and have been in the business for several decades so I've got a good feel for when a place is... operating at a high level. Consistently I don't know but yesterday was excellent. To me, PepperJax had a nice niche withalternative-looking people (tats, gauges, piercings) with great attitudes, fun banter ("We've got a Gunner!" "Fireball!") andgreat sandwiches. Some of the magic got lost as the company expanded over the years. Been there myself. When you realizethere are a lot of places providing food, but very few an experience, that's when you're cooking. Consistency is key though. Read more

Im not sorry at all.. I love me some pepper jaxx but this place was a no go.. ever again.. trashes were full.. only two people... working very unsanitary.. I think employees should wash there hands more? Wear gloves when they are handling equipment. Onlygave it two stars cause my bowl was ok.. but I'll keep going to my original favorite pepper jacks just not his location Read more

It was kinda busy and it seemed like there were only 2 people there, but they were doing the best they could. Well, one of them... was. She was a small girl with dark hair. I think she?s the manager and her name is Miranda (?). She was so helpful. I don?t goto pepperjax often, but she was super helpful and seemed to be doing EVERYTHING by herself. She was so stressed, but so kind andpolite. Overall a great experience, just need more reliable staff. Read more

The workers were very impolite and didn?t have any customer service skills. The one lady with pink hair rolled her eyes when... people came in 15 minutes before closing. The food wasn?t the quality I normally receive from PepperJax. I did like my Pepsi.Silverware wasn?t out and practically had to be begged for. Most tables were clean, though. Read more

Initial visit Good solid counter service restaurant. Food: 4 ???? Service: 4 ???? Ambiance: nice clean restaurant. I liked... that the manager came out to ask how people felt their meal was. When ordering I placed my order but was not asked if I wantedanything else. I felt like I needed to know exactly what I wanted. Usually places will prompt you asking if you want sides ordessert etc. There was a bunch of sauces on the side but I never found out what that was for. I ordered a burrito and my gfordered a salad. It would have been nice to have had some things explained to us on how it worked. Service (when not from themanager) was cordial and Curt. My gf thought her salad was ok. Her look was a 3, her words seemed to imply a 4. My burrito wasgood. The meat was tasty but I would have liked if it had more cheese. When you are building it, they ask you what you want, butI wasn't sure if I could ask for more. The filing wasnt evenly balanced... so one side had all the rice, the other had all themeat. It's kind of typical of a build your own burrito where the filling is added next to each other. Protip: when I went topay there was no tipping option when I did Visa. They just charge you what it is. They do have a cash tip jar. Note: unlikeregular fast food joints they do clean up the tables after you. Read more

It's definitely a step up from a lot of fast food places. They make your food hot to order. I was particularly happy that they... let me order a kid's chicken Philly for myself. I'm going to make one nonfood related suggestion. They have two singletonrestrooms, one labeled men and one labeled women. They both lock, of course. So I think it makes lots more sense to just labelboth rooms "restroom" and let everyone user whichever one is open. It would also be nice to have a few wastebaskets/recyclebins. Read more
