As a trucker the one basic thing we need is food and basic access to fluids. At 6:30pm on a Saturday this place had closed down... the PJ Fresh food options (why I came here) and closed their fountain drink station down. ABSURD FAILURE on the management ofthis TRUCK STOP!!! Only thing they have is self check out. I'm not your employees I'm a customer!!!!!! You still have to wait on someone to help u... if u need tobacco, showers or food. We can't get truck stop employees to get off Their phones or stop conversationsconversations with their coworkers when we are standing looking dead at them. Now we have to flag someone down to help them do Their job. I must say this is stupied!!! Also since I haven't been trained by your cooperation in any way at all I attempted toscan 1 TIME ONLY!!! if it don't work... maybe you should I don't know pay someone todo this job!! Just an idea! Rude, older Caucasian female cashier on 09/29/22 at 0830. I wanted a receipt for fuel but just gave me attitude with it,... unbidden. Obviously, she hates her job. She should do everybody a.favour and quit. Also there is only two cashiers and twonew self checkout Kiosks. Still a long line, though, so it defeats the purpose. Not going to patronise this station anymore, as it's filthy. The attitude of the station is reflected by its workers. Read more
Not the stop if you have specific needs like ice or a associate to assist. This store has multiple self checkouts and they do... not update their system. You can checkout and pay for items they do not have for instance ice. The coffee bar was messy and notstocked. When we did ask a associate she laughed at us. Will not stop here again. Read more
Parking lot has been resurfaced abs painted, pretty clean with no trash blowing around. They have self check out kiosk, no... longer have really any warm food like the roller grills etc. Still have pizza and items up front but now a more limitedmenu. The Denny's on site is not open 24/7 despite what their website says so dont order breakfast and expect anyone to behere. There are bathrooms right by the Denny's north entrance. ATM right there as well. Other bathrooms are on the driver'sside near the showers. Read more
Under renovation? No showers and only Denny's side restroom open. Some dude burnt out starter 1st fuel Island no cone behind it... to let people know. They did have a young one out there pressure washing the diesel islands. DEF pump lane 20 really slow notsure if I actually got 9 gallons of def or charged triple? Some fuel islands out of service. Stopped here for my rest break and a quick shower. Whoever cleans the showers does a fabulous job...mine was spotless (posted a... video). The lot is a decent size, but you'll have people parking everywhere trying to squeeze in. The store is the same generallayout of most other Flying J's, so finding stuff is simple. Our dog loved the abundance of nice grass out front, so going for awalk and stretching your legs is very doable. Read more
They don't have any cashers working. They force you to use self checkout.. talk about backing up the fuel lanes!! What a joke..... a convention store with truck parking. Go to Walmart, it will be faster.. Read more
