This isn't fun to make this review because I never let bad experiences at food places stick with me. I've gone to this Scooters... for a few years now. I came in at 7:05 pm on 10/20 and one of the workers was putting all the chairs up. I ordered my drink andthen asked the worker if I could put a single chair down in the corner and sit with my books that I had in my arms. The workerwent stock-still and said that they were cleaning the floors. I was confused as to why I couldn't sit in a small spot while theymopped and I asked the worker point blank if I couldn't sit down and they said no because they were mopping. This really hurtmy feelings. I drove 20 minutes to have a nice place to silently read. The place was empty, the mop wasn't even out yet. And itfelt like the crew getting the entire floor clean in one go and getting to close faster was more important than a regularcustomer asking to simply sit quietly in a coffee shop with an hour until close. Can someone please maybe reach out to me aboutthis? If it's policy to refuse sitting room like the two workers did, I understand. The whole thing just didn't feel right orgood at all. Read more

I went there only one. The drink was good, but I was so very disappointed because I took a video of my coffee of that place... drive-thru,just to sent to my family in Cambodia. one of the lady there was so rude. The way she say???? say stop filming????it was 5 years ago ???? ???? I still remember like yesterday. It's hurt so much!! I wouldn't do that if I know I am notallowed you taking video there. Drink was the your average Scooters. The lady taking our order was very nice but the lady making the order... not so much. She... added whipped cream when both I and the lady repeating the orders back said I didn't want it. When we said "excuse me, we didn'twant whipped cream", she rolled her eyes, opened the drink, scooped out the cream, and gave it back. As if it was our fault, oras if we never mentioned that we didn't want cream. What if we were allergic to whipped cream? Read more

Horrible service employee who took my order was nice but the girls making it were not. Honestly if they don?t like their job... they should just find another one because it?s not fair to us customers. Definitely will not be going back. Read more
