Absolutely terrible. Moved to gretna over a year ago, I've been to this location more than a handful of times and never once... gotten an entire order correct. They are always out of some ingredients and the employees don't have the intelligence to evenput the correct ingredients in your freaking ice cream...if they have ice cream or toppings at all. Most of the time we have waited 30 minutes multiple times even an hour one time. It?s a hot mess here right now. One day I... forgot my wallet but had my Apple Pay on my phone. They said they take mobile pay so I order and I get to the window and theyare confused as to what is even mobile pay. And these are teens . The stalls are definitely super small . I ordered a few simple things through the app - one diet drink and one regular. They gave me 2 regular, which I can?t have due... to sugar content. I called and talked to the manager who offered nothing and didn?t seem to care. When I got upset with him heliterally hung up the phone when I asked for his name. I called back and got another worker who miraculously didn?t know themanager?s name and also refused to give me his own name. He started whistling and then eventually hung up. Moral of the story- don?t go here. Ever. Management clearly doesn?t care and won?t even give you their name. I called the corporate number andasked for contact from local franchise owner - no call ever came. This place is a joke and the ?manager? probably can?t evenspell manager let alone manage a restaurant. Read more

I understand that there is a staffing shortage in most fast food places, believe me, I work at one. But this sonic has had me... wait for 30-40mins on one meal, just for all of the food to be cold once I get it. Like might as well make the food fresh whileit just sits there? I used to go once or twice a week and now I just avoid it completely. Having a designated runner would helpa bunch. Read more

I waited 5 minutes in the drive thru after paying for what I was told would be fresh food (it wasnt). The cheeseburger was very... sad looking and thrown together with no care, hence the cheese on the bottom of the patty. I've visited this sonic before so Iknow you can do way better. You get 2 stars because the employee working the drive thru window was very polite, even though shelied about fresh food. Read more
