guessing its drive thru only now. employees stared as walked over from kum &go, tried both doors (no signs saying lobby... closed). stared again as went back to my truck. have been there when lobby is open and service wasn't friendly so wasn'texpecting great to begin with. Read more
Not sure what?s going on, if they have a new crew or what but me and husband have been to this location twice around 8:45 and... told by staff that the Systems are DOWN so we can?t order, I?m pretty sure there lying and it?s so frustrating drivingsomewhere just to be told you can?t buy food. The only ones taking advantage of this is the Taco Bell right in front of it ! Weusually get Taco Bell because of this reason. Hoping a manager reads this and finds out what?s going on. Tried to go here for lunch yesterday but could not as the lobby was closed for no apparent reason and I cannot use the... drive-thru because I was in a semi at the time. I will not give this location my business and spread the word! Read more
On our recent trip in June, we stopped at several Taco John's. Two had good food at very reasonable prices with fast service. ... That's why we stopped again. A third one (in Minnesota) was obviously struggling (possibly due to the extreme heat wave). Thiswas the 4th, and the only one I'm reviewing because the crew touched my heart (and fed my stomach). The first thing I noticedwas that they have Daily Specials. Nice! :) Then I noticed that the ladies room was out of paper and reported it to the youngman taking orders. He was new (maybe first day) and immediately went to find someone to help. (We were the only ones there atthe moment.) Another young man came with plenty of paper and the new one went with him to learn. We placed our order. Foodwas very good, and service was fast. As we ate, I noticed that members of the crew were checking supplies in the dining area,sweeping, serving other customers, teaching each other. The manager was also providing direction. These crew members were alleager to WORK, serve their customers, and to help each other learn. What a TEAM! The manager confirmed that indeed this was anew team. She's a great manager, and she has a great team. Highly recommend this location because this team is eager to dotheir best! Read more
Haven't been to a Taco John's in a while so was really looking forward to having some potato oles and I wasn't disappointed. The... food was fresh and the potato oles were nice and crunchy and covered in that distinct seasoning. The staff was very friendly andprofessional, which is nice as many other restaurants seem to have gone down hill in the customer service, professional ism andrespect aspect. If I could give Zero Stars I would. Every time we go the Order is never correct. Today went through drive ordered Burrito Combo... and a Single Taco Bravo. Paid $15+ Come to find out they tried to give me a Taco Salad Instead of the Bravo. Explained that itwas not what I ordered. They then made the Bravo, I then asked for the cost difference Refunded to me from the salad which theycharged me for. I was told it was the same price. Not accurate at all 7,19 for salad 3,40 for Bravo. So I got ripped off again.Attention to detail and Management Sucks. Contacted Cooperate In Wyoming. We will see. The drive thru guy was rushing us and got the order wrong but read it back correctly. When the food came the oles we're soggy... and none of our orders were what we asked for. Very disappointing. I love taco John's and don't go often as the closest one isover an hour away. Read more
