It's a cozy and friendly atmosphere and the pizza is amazing
Ordered on the app for delivery said it would be an hour wait. At 1.5 hours I called and they told me they weren't delivering... tonight. No call no nothing from them and they hadn't even started my pizza. All they said was sorry. I Will NEVER use themagain. If I could give them a negative number I would. I ordered 2 chicken club sandwiches which are suppose to be warm. It came with a salad that was put in the same box as the warm... sandwich. When we got the the salad was wilted and the sandwich was soggy. I did call and complain was told that I could get arefund or wait another 45 minutes for new food I took the refund. I was also told that they always put the sandwich in with thesalad which is not true cause that was the first time I got it like that. You should never put a hot sandwich in with a coldsalad. We've been here couple of times at this location. I can say that the food is ok ,not overly cooked. Just right. The place is... fair, not filthy not also really clean. For the price i think its kinda like expensive for the overall rating. Read more
It was filthy. Tables hadn't been cleaned off, food on the floor. We were lucky to find a clean table. There was hardly any... customers and it was a Sunday evening so why was the place so dirty? We only stayed because my daughter wanted pizza for herbirthday dinner. It's usually not that bad. Read more
This is one of my favorite places to go for pizza but as of six or seven months back or so the quality in service has declined.... I have had issues with missing ingredients or incorrect toppings every single time I have gone. Today I ordered a medium halfpepperoni and half Hawaiian that had 5 slices of pepperoni, which is significantly less than the usual amount (not that Icounted) but it basically looked like a cheese pizza. I usually let them know and they fix the issues but it has become aregular thing that I have to do every time I get my order. I hope service returns to be what it used to because I respect andsupport businesses like RT in Gridley but for the price that we pay for a pizza there, the very least they can do is get orderscorrectly most of the time.
