Very happy with my visit! Just picked up dinner for me and my husband and the staff was SUPER NICE and extremely helpful! There... was 3 on shift from what I could see and all 3 jumped on the line to help! They welcomed me as soon as I came in and all gave mesmiles and asked how my day was. I really feel that they went above and beyond with excellent customer service and want them tobe recognized for that! I wish I would?ve gotten names. My visit was Monday, August 22nd around 5:45pm! Do any of these girls wear their uniforms anymore? I asked one of the girls for their names and I didn?t see their name tags.... Due to me finding a hair in my sandwich. I wanted to get the number to the owner because all the girls had an attitude with meand I called him several times to which I never got answered or called back, all I got was that his name was Gary. This is a very well run subway. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh. I really don?t have any complaints. I am a regular... so I?ve gotten pretty use to the service and quality. When I attend other subways across the country they often times arelacking. Read more
UPDATE 6/3/2020: The staff is ruder than ever. Only after all sandwiches were completed were we told they did not have provolone... cheese. When we stayed we did not want our sandwiches, they said they've already been made and corporate discontinued provoloneso we must get out order. We did not. All four staff members were telling, screaming, and caused by a scene that mortified othercustomers l, caused others to walk out, as we silently leave amongst the commotion. I live in Gridley, but will no longer evenattempt this Subway. It's a mess from the top down. GO TO SUBWAY IN LIVE OAK This used to be the best Subway in the county. Nomore!!!
