This spot is top notch and they have always gotten my order correct. The food is always fresh and delicious. Custom service is... outstanding and I'm a life long customer. Today they gave me a free large strawberry milkshake because they had an extra one! Igave it to a cute coworker for some brownie points. I'm sensitive to lactose so there's that. Team members put the wrong biscuits in my bag. I'm glad I noticed but it was after I left the restaurant. So I drove back to... show them I didn't receive the correct order. The girl that fixed my order only smirk and said my bad but there other girl thatasked me what was wrong, Ashley she made it right. Manager called me about this incident. This is the worst Chick fil a I have been to. Never in my life has chick fil a let me down, but this particular Chick fil a has... got under my skin multiple times. I?m writing this review from something that is so simple, but it was the last straw. I askedfor lemons in my tea. They put the smallest lemon slice I have ever seen in my tea. Sounds funny, I know, but man they need tostep it up. Like I said this isn?t the first, second, or third time the service at this location has been under par. Just left this establishment. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with a sweet tea and a grilled chicken sandwich with a lemon... water. I get to the window like normal they give us our drinks then give us our bag and I pulled off. Had I been somewhere elseI would usually check the bag.... however I didn't and realized quickly I was missing a grilled chicken sandwich. I didn't wantto wait in the line again so I pulled along the side and had my daughter take the receipt and tell them what we were missing.They told her that she could be helped inside! So I took everything inside and asked for my money back and because I had paidwith a card I was told it would be two to three days before it was credited back to my account. At that point I had to walkaway. I'm very disappointed. I've come here quite a bit with my family. If I wanted to come inside I certainly wouldn't havewent through the drive thru. Read more
First time at Truett's Luau, and it was FANTASTIC! The fried cod tacos were absolutely delicious! And the pineapple fried rice... was fabulous! We really enjoyed the Lava Rocks, too! This location always has AWESOME service! We dined in during our experience. Customer service was AMAZING! We received our food... order ACCURATELY, and within three minutes of ordering. Restaurant was moderately busy, however, overall?the condition of therestaurant was satisfactory. The indoor playground is a plus! All equipment was in good repair, and the playground is largeenough for several children to play at one time. Read more
Oh my goodness. Got in line at 7:07 a.m., ordered at 7:11 a.m. and paid @ 7:25 a.m. I don't remember being in line at a... Chick-fil-A for this length of time unless line is wrapped around the resturant. The employee told me my amount when I orderedwas $11.06. Again when I got to the window, $11.06. I gave her $20.06. She then gave me back dollars and change. I reminded her what I had given her and then she said, It was $11.09...if I gave you six cents, I'm sure I could have come up with threecents more. I will continue on to Expressway Chick-fil-A for a while before going to the one on Taylor Steet. ???? Read more
