Called Griffin they call Hampton so I ordered from Hampton. They called me back sorry we don?t deliver to your location and... told me to call Griffin. Called Griffin and they took the order and then called back and said they don?t deliver to my area. Thing is we see Domino deliveries here all the time. These are the only Domino are the only one close enough. So screw Dominosand I ordered from Papa John?s. Pizza was great. Read more
Great food and great value for what you pay. I love getting carryout from here because it's always hassle free and very fast.... They do occasionally mess up and order, but that happens anywhere you go. They're always happy to fix any mistakes they make. Iwould recommend this location to anyone in the area craving cheap delicious pizza. Read more
The management is incompetent and dishonest. I ordered a large order. The manager on duty called me, explained the store had... completely run out of supplies due to a new manager not ordering the appropriate quantities and could not fulfill any of myorder, would cancel my order, and, after the store was restocked, would be willing to provide me my order free of charge due tothe inconvenience. Now that I've tried to redeem the credit, no one at the store could find the order nor the credit, and themanagers have openly refused to honor the agreement. Don't deal with incompetent LIARS! I completely understand that there can be delivery issues due to lots of orders, driver shortages, etc. What I can NOT... understand is when you order food 1.5 hours earlier and can see the tracker shows the pizza was checked at 2:56, there is nodelivery update so you call at 3:53 to inquire about the order to be told that the driver is headed back to the store and myorder will be leaving the store when they get there. That's not acceptable, it sat there an hour. When I explained that was notacceptable and asked for my order to be cancelled, Shane proceeded to hang up on me while I was still talking and making asuggestion that I should have been notified there was a shortage of drivers or given the option to come pick it up. I calledback because I was not told whether my order was cancelled and Shane once again answered the phone, I let him know our call wasdisconnected to which he informed me he did in fact hang up on me. I asked for the order to be cancelled so he cancelled it.NEVER will order from there again. Read more
I really Like this Domino's Pizza. I order pretty often. The pizza is great as well as the other foods on their menu. I have... not had any issue with service or delivery people. They have all been pleasant, polite, and very professional. Considering Imoved here from another state and finally established my own place. Domino's was 1 of the 1st delivery order I made months ago.Now when I want pizza this is my go to. Even treat my Dog to the boneless chicken bites. My dog is happy as well. I understandthat on an occasional order I made was a busy night and my delivery was longer then normal, even tho it been an occasionallonger delivery time a few times. My order been Fresh, Hot, and correct everytime. For me they are worthy of a 5 star rating. Read more
Ordered a pizza at 8:53pm and it was still being "prepped" at 9:59pm. Drove to the store and waited in the car with the hazard... lights on for curbside pickup. An employee at the counter stood there for 10 minutes and didn't offer to provide an update.Eventually I got out and went inside to inquire. THEN I got an "oh my bad, we're behind." Obviously! It's been an hour and 15minutes and no one has started on my one large pizza. I canceled the order. Don't stay open if you cannot provide great service.I'll stay home and eat when people are ready to work again. Something always happenes when I go to this Domino's. Read more
September 24,22: Update. The lady working there tonight was rocking it! Great service, great memory with order, and very hard... working. Very pleasant experience thanks to her, the guy in the red Georgia hoodie was my boyfriend and he got the order in goodtiming too. Thank you to the ma'am behind the counter. Pretty good service.
