I ordered a couple hot and ready?s, crazy bread and dipping sauce at the window and was told it will be 10 minutes (it was 4:59... on the receipt) to drive around back. At 5:25 I called the number on the receipt to remind them I was still there. At 5:32 theybring it out. The crazy bread shrunk!!! It?s half the size it used to be a week ago and it tastes like water and flower. Samewith the pizza crust, taste plain like there was no yeast used. Read more

Very slow service. I have been here multiple time and my service has been very slow every single time. There has been multiple... times when I was pulled to the back and then cars who got here after me got their food before me. I have come multiple timeshoping it will be better and it has not. Last 3 times I was there said it would take 25min. I asked on what ( thinking about ordering something else). The girl looked... at me obviously irritated and snapped back saying ," everything ". I smiled at her and drove off. I know it's just a pizza but Iwork really hard for my money and don't have to deal with incompetent people with bad attitudes. Enjoyed a meal elsewhere. Read more

Worst experience ever. Placed order online. Got there when the app said my order was ready. Drive-thru line was long. Went... inside to find probably 30 people waiting. Food was not ready. MANAGER was extremely rude the entire time and on her phone. WhenI asked for a refund she did it but aggressively shoved my refund receipt in my hand. SHE ALSO MADE A VERY INAPPROPRIATECOMMENT! The cashier on my receipt is Brenda P but the manager used her register to process my refund. The date of incident was9/16 at 9:05 pm. Read more

Service was slow, biggest issue was either the portal machine was broke or they didn't enter our info. I kept asking about my... food after I got email stating food was ready and was told its not ready, my food was sitting in the portal the hole time butcouldn't access due no names on screen. 20-30 min later I finally get my food and it was luke warm at best and my name was onthe boxes the hole time!!! ordered at drive-thru, was never told that there would be a wait until after I paid. Ok, pull around back and waited. I see... people leaving and haven't received their food. They were going in the inside to get their orders. I looked at the time and Ihad been waiting for 40 minutes. I called to see what was the hold up, guy asked what kind of car was I driving and I told himthen he said I'll check and hung up the phone.So I go inside and still had to wait about 12 minutes for my order. I ordered delivery for some bread sticks. It took over an hour for them to deliver it. I requested that it was handed to me... because I've ordered delivery before where they ignore any instructions and just leave the food in front of your door withoutany notice. Instead, the driver decided they would just act like it's contactless and did the same thing without even ringingthe doorbell. There was a breadstick missing in each bag that I purchased.
