ORDERED A PIZZA AT 6:15 it?s 8:15 still no pizza but I got every excuse in the world as to why it?s not here ! I called and... spoke with the manager all she could say is they have other deliveries! Ok what does that have to do with you all telling me Iwould have it in 45 - an hour? If that?s the case call and tell me or just tell me the first time I call! I went to Marcos on 16 Griffin. POINTED to M PIZZA 10 and some change. Got charged EIGHTEEN DOLLARS for specialty pizza. ALSO... small greek salad supposed to be 7.99. Charged 13.00. Extra cheese ok. Extra ONION NO!!! Worse thing SERVER NEVER MENTIONED ANYUPCHARGE. NEVER APOLIGIZED. NEVER ATTEMPTED TO NEGOTIATE. SOFTEN THE BLOW??? NOTHING! WELL BLAH BLAH BLAH!! Why I STILL gave hera gracious tip I have no idea. FOOD IS GREAT! I go there often. 60 bucks for 2 people??? Oh she didn't mind telling the personwhom she probably thought was paying the tab. 2.00 upcharge for sauce. They owe me 12 bucks. PLUS I want my tip back. So 20. Normal bill there for us is 35 minus tip. NOT going back until resolution is made. Read more
Always love Marcos pizza, and they didn't disappoint. I have ordered from the Griffin and Locust Grove and the quality is... consistent from both stores. One note, don't select later pick up time through the app. I did and the pizzas were made early andonly warm when I picked them up. Read more
