Been to plenty of moes. Was exciting one opened up close to home, haven?t got to go there sooner even being they only been open... 2 weeks. So I made it tonight and workers seem like they hate they?re job and don?t wanna be there and worst of all the mostimportant part, the food. UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!!! This Moe?s experience was miles better than any other. The food was far fresher than any other time... I?ve had it. I'm only giving one star for teenage worker who had good customer service. I should have turned away and went somewhere else... like many of the other customers who came in after, but I had already driven 10 minutes to get to this location. All of the foodlooked like it had been sitting since yesterday. Even the chicken and cheese had crust on top and had to be stirred from thebottom up just to look appetizing. The staff seemed to be up to par on cleanliness, but that's only due to three people being inthe restaurant for over 30 minutes. I'm praying to god that me and unborn child are okay after eating this food. This placeshould be closed until they can get a real staff to be able to cook food that's fresh. Customer service seems to be going downhill. High school kid wouldn't even look at me when I was trying to tell him what I... wanted and what I wanted on it. He just kept staring out the window. He barely put any chicken on my stack and didn't try tospread the guac or anything out evenly. Everything was packed up to go when we were eating at the restaurant and we had to askfor chips and half the chips were disgusting. Tasted like they were either stale or weren't cooked long enough. The drinkstation was very dirty and sticky. Update 10/29/22 Went right before 5pm for dinner. They were out of steak, almost out ofground beef and black beans. The adobo chicken tasted burnt. They had to make some more of the crunchy tortilla things to goinside the stacker because they were out. The employees were very friendly. Restaurant looked clean. Read more
