The manager over takeout services was very nice with great customer service. My take out order wasn't prepared very well, so I... called and explained to the team member that answered my call without resolution. That's when I asked for a manager andexplained that I didn't want to go back through door dash, but I just wanted to come to the restaurant and have the order madecorrectly. She was very understanding and told me to ask for her. She made the order correctly and with great service. That'sall I wanted was my order right and she did that. Therefore I will still order from this restaurant so long as there aren't toomany more errors in preparation of my orders. Read more
Please don't judge by my pictures; the food tasted great. One of our favorite family restaurants is back in full effect. We... like celebrating family members' birthdays at a family style restaurant. Got my salad after I had finished eating. She said it's coming out now. I ask for it to go as we were threw eating.. they just... threw it into a box dont order mac and cheese. This was my first time and I was totally surprised at the overall feel of the place. I always expected something like a Cheer's,... mostly bar with a little dining. My server Shaq, like the basketball player, but definitely not built like him, was great athelping me to feel at home. My food order was excellent, it was based on a gentleman's recommendation. Shaq confirmed that iwould truly enjoy my meal if I order the Louisiana Steak. Trust me I did enjoy it. The asparagus I order as a side reallycomplemented the steak. If you visit this location, order the steak, you won't be disappointed. I still don't know how they gotthat cut of meat so tender. Read more
