I don?t think I have ever had an experience like the one I had with this store. From my pizza being over an hour in a half late,... to being left at the door and cold, then having manager tell me I would need to bring the pizza to him In order to rectify theissue. It was the unprofessionalism for me. No worries, I can see why your store has the ranking it has. It's Halloween night and I paid for a pizza and wings. I sat in my car for over 30 mins (in front of the store) and the girl... with dreads cashier never acknowledged me. She never asked what did I ordered or brought to my car, as this Papa Johns sograciously does. I live in E College and always get impeccable service. The customer service from most of the young women at this store who run the front is unprofessional and very unenthusiastic.... Almost as if you?re putting a damper in their day because you?re picking up your food you paid for and the manager doesn?t seemto care too much bc of the shenanigans he allows.
