DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I will NEVER order delivery or carry out from this location again. I will say I... don?t have any problems with carry out, but the point of delivery is to be convenient right? This is not the first time Ive hada problem with delivery, I just thought, everybody deserves a second chance. WRONG!!! The first time I got a cold pizza, norefund or new pizza. This time, they delivered through Doordash when my order wasn?t through doordash. It took for the dasher tocall me and tell me that they had to remake my order. I called the store to see why I wasn?t notified, Jesse said, the order wasburnt, I asked why wasn?t I notified, he said because we didn?t have time to. So instead me being impatient and rude, I decidedto wait on the pizza. Well I waited a full hour before calling back for them to tell me doordash cancelled it. Again, I did notorder through doordash. I asked for a refund which they told me 2-3 days. Unacceptable, I need my money now to BUY somethingelse to eat. Anywho, I went to the store, got my refund in cash. Would you believe they said the pizza was being delivered?!?What a catastrophe. I ordered at 3pm, original delivery time was 4:30, delivered at 6:30. Great service and quality from the location itself. I did have an issue with delivery, because no driver picked up the food, but... that's not actually Pizza Hut's fault - the delivery service doesn't work for them. When I had to eventually drive over myself,getting the food an entire hour after ordering, the staff was extremely understanding and helpful, even though the store wasclosing down by the time I arrived, which was surely inconvenient for them as well. They also refunded the delivery fee before Ieven had a chance to ask. Doing a lot of customer service myself, and having worked closing shifts in a kitchen before, I justreally appreciate how they handled the situation when it wasn't necessarily easy for them either, because of the timing. I really used to love this location...I can honestly say our waitress was good... unfortunately she was alone and working really... hard to please all the customers...her service was better than the prep time for the food considering I saw 3 people in thekitchen... food was good just slow to come out... this restaurant used to be a major cornerstone in the city...the level reallyneeds to be raised Read more
