Chicken Tenders were over cooked. Service was great.. But looked like some one lived there. Clothes on the Tables..Bedroom Shoes... and Crocs on the floor..Kids sippy Cup on a table.. Used to be the best Popeyes with the previous manager. This location has gone so far downhill that I am sorry to say should... close down and that coming from someone that loves Popeyes. They?re out of staple items all the time. I. Top of that the sign onthe door says lobby is open and they have people dining in I assume family and friends with no mask wearing observed byanyone. I don?t think Covid is the reason these new staff people have kept the lobby closed, they just don?t want to deal withcustomers . I hope corporate sees this and takes action. Read more

Date of visit Oct 05, 2022 False pricing. The sign indicates $3.99 for their chicken sandwich. I ordered 4. When I arrived at... the drive thru window to pay, the female cashier said $19.xx I asked how we arrived at that price if they are $3.99 each. Shesaid they are $4.80 each. I again let her know the sign states $3.99. She simply reiterated they are $4.80. I declined theorder. This is an international dishonest business when they knowingly know there is a discrepancy, and don't fix it and chargemore than the written price. I love Popeyes chicken, but this is the last time they will get my hard earned money. Pictures speak louder than words, see the... two sides of mac and cheese that came with my $50+ order. No these aren't half eaten, this is how they looked when I opened themat home. Enough said. It's your decision now where to get chicken, I know I will not choose Popeyes in Griffin again. Read more

There were 3 cars between mine and the mic. It took nearly 20 minutes to get my food. The red beans and rice were as good as... ever, as were the mashed potatoes. The slaw was bad. The chicken was dry as a bone and over half the meal was wings. I didn'tnotice until I got home that the biscuits weren't in the bag. Read more

Patron Expectations: As a patron, expect unacceptable customer service, rude employees, a lack of quality control, and an... overall horrible customer experience. Management is unable to enhance or elevate this location's customer experience and they donot accept critical/constructive feedback so in turn it is safe to assume the quality and service will be unacceptable at anytime. Overview: Lots of issues at this location... My wife and I lived in Griffin several years ago so we should have knownbetter than to eat here. Other reviewer's testimonials are strangely similar. Everyone knows what it is like to experience poorcustomer service in a drive-thru, but at this Popeye's (11650) they strive to underachieve. Please take note- the problems whichthrive here are not related to the current economic climate or labor shortages. It would appear most issues here stem from toxicleadership. Experience: (6.8.22) My wife went through the drive-thru and after arriving home I took a bite of a sandwich tofind it was unacceptably hard. Shocked, I separated the bun and found a ridiculously-tiny piece of chicken. Trying to avoidanother trip I called to see if they could issue a CC refund. Although I had a difficult time verbally communicating with theemployee on the phone she instantly knew I was calling about a small sandwich. I was shocked by her explanation, 'someoneretuned the same item and it was given to you by mistake'. Needless to say I was already getting in my car. The only solutionsoffered (1) remake the single item or (2) refund if I return in-person. It was hard to understand her logic since she wascompletely aware of it the issue. I expected to receive an apology, or for the manager to at least show some empathy. It wasapparent she didn't care.
