Good food, well seasoned! The staff it?s very hardworking and friendly. Felt welcomed and they get busy so it?s worth the wait.... For those that think their wood will be ready in 15 min call ahead if you try to eat on Friday or sat cause they got clienteleand it packed!!New fav spot Read more

The quantity was very appropriate. The food was delicious however the hush puppies were a bit overcooked and onion rings. I... have looking for a good fish spot for a while and read all the positive reviews and saw the pictures of the food which made medecide to choose Salaam. I am very passionate about good and crispy golden onion rings and hush puppies. I am hopeful the nexttime the sides will look like the pics. However, overall it was a good experience and I love family-owned businesses. Myfamily owned to a couple of businesses one of which was a restaurant. I live in Covington which is about an hour's drive toSaalam in Griffin. I look forward to my next visit and also considered today was Saturday which is a busy day for restaurants.
