So i came in and ordered a caramel ribbon crunch. Not only did i sit there and wait while the little girl walks off but i was... handed 1 with no whip cream. I asked could they go get some whip cream and give me what i asked for. The little girl proceededto have an attitude with me while the young man ran to the back and got the whip cream. Needless to say that it didn't taste thesame and was a waste of my money. I will never return there again. Read more
The Wi-Fi?s pretty good kinda inconsistent, was getting around 6mbs at first but then it jumped up to 25mbs. Was able to update... my game and play Xbox at the same time. Pretty neat. Read more
I used to work there until tonight and I have nothing but love for this place. That place made me a better person and I gained... so much in the time I worked there. I loved the baristas, I loved the customers, I loved the customer service managers. The yearand a half that I worked there was full of ups and downs and I have zero regrets about it. I have no quarrels with anyone thereand I want to express my love for everyone there. I made amazing friends there and made relationships with that whole place.I?ll miss so many of the people and so much of what I did there, I want to thank Deanna, Brandon, Alex, Mrs. Kim, Mrs. Tabatha,Seth from Produce, Deborah and Pam in deli, Rachel in Seafood, a bunch of the service clerks and cashiers, you made my time inIngles amazing and I have nothing but love for all of them. Rude customer service. The ?manager? didn?t even know how to ring the items in without help of a sheet. Not helpful at all. Need... need management and employees. My drink was also made with more Carmel drizzle than the recipe calls for. Put my drink in twocups because the barista spilled coffee all over the first cup. Disappointed I will be going to Starbucks near Longhorns onGriffin Expressway, they are nicer and good at their job. Read more
This is now the 3rd time on my way to Atlanta I have tried this Starbucks in the Ingles. So slow yet no customers. This was the... Iced Cloud Cocoa Macchiato- not even close to how it should be. I decided not to complain, due to the incredibly slow staff. Iwill stay with other Starbucks. Perhaps corporate should look at who they hire. Read more
If the manager would stop pervtiing/flirting with all the hot women coming coming in and take of All customers, coffee is good.... Needs to keep his eyes mind on the job,/orders than the little girls & guys wives, food is good, coffee good. You get the idea . Read more
