Excellent subway. Friendly staff, fresh ingredients, and clean store.
It was before 2 in the afternoon and they were out of every kind of bread except for white and wheat. They said they were... closing 8 tonight for Memorial Day so that was the reason they were out of bread. I used to work at Subway and that is absolutenonsense. They make the bread in the store it literally takes 5 minutes. The employees that work here are just lazy and alsovery rude. The sandwiches they did make us were not good at all.. If you want your sandwich made right, don?t use the app. I typically use mobile apps everywhere because I like the convenience... of placing my order while I?m at work and quickly picking up and going back to work. The last three times I?ve use the mobileapp to place my order at this Subway, the sandwich is missing 2 or 3 vegetables. This is the third time I?ve not receivedspinach or lettuce on my sandwich as requested. The sandwich is fresh and tastes good, but it is always missing something. Idon?t have time to run back to the restaurant to correct it, as I would assume most people don?t if they used the mobile app toplace their order. The staff is friendly and I enjoy the convenience of this subway since it is located so close to my job, butI do not always want to stand at the counter and supervise the sandwich artists as they make my lunch. Terrible experience. I ordered online pickup, and asked to add salt and pepper, it was sweet onion chicken teriyaki 6inch... sandwich and i got home to taste super salty sub, they added alot of pepper and salt that I couldn?t eat it. There was no tasteof sweet onion, it was just SALT!! Employees were very disrespectful, and yelled on seeing me enter thinking i was there toorder in-person. If they are having a bad day, they shouldn?t come to work!! If there was an option for 0 rating I would havegiven 0 star. Read more
Worst subway I?ve ever been to. The staff is rude and very poorly trained. They don?t know how to make a sandwich. I had to... repeat each ingredient 3 times like they couldn?t understand English. Worst of all they were skimping on all ingredients,mainly cheese and meat. Toasted my sandwich for what seemed like maybe 7 seconds and was barely toasted at all. Staff is toolazy to put the right amount of ingredients on the sandwich in order to not have to change out the containers as often. Read more
This is the only Subway in Griffin that can get our sandwiches right. All the others want to rush us through and they are snappy... and really act like they don't want to wait on us. Anyway the Subway down from CVS and the "new" Food Depot is awesome.Everything is fresh and delicious and they actually take the time to listen and make your sandwich exactly like you want. Oh andthe prices ain't that bad either. Read more
