I walked in to place an order and the cashier walked off and didn't return so I walked away and purchased something from... restaurant next door..poor customer service..I asked were they closed and the young man responded no...but I was still refusedservice..lost a customer for life!!! It was a good subway. It was clean and the food was good. Kinda wish the people would engage a bit more but i guess not everyone... chats while making good anymore. I still go for the good service. Read more

This has been my go to Subway for a number of years now. Came here yesterday around 4-4:30pm and got the worst customer service... I've received anywhere in a long time. The kid behind the counter was complaining about how he was supposed to clock out at 3:30(which I get, but if you get paid over time I don't see the issue unless you had something important planned). Him and the guybehind the register where arguing while we were waiting on our subs to be made we were told we could not add spices (salt,pepper, parm, oregano) Our subs took 35 minutes. I came pretty close to walking out mid order. Either this place is under newmanagement or doesn't realize the new employees need more training in both their position and customer service soft skills. My husband arrived at this location at 9:05 PM to order one sandwich. The employees had already locked the door and were staring... at the confused customers outside from the counter (yes, there were multiple customers waiting outside). The door says closingis at 10 PM, the open sign still lit. We specifically drove to this Subway, the further option, due to the later hours. Won?tbe back, thanks. Read more
