Ordered for delivery and customer service was awful ! Told the lady over the phone our room number for the hotel we stayed in... and it seemed like she had completely disregarded what she said. Apparently she had because the driver called and said he was inthe lobby and before I could tell him my room number he hung up ! Wasn?t even at the right hotel he was at either?Extremely rudeand extremely disappointed. Read more

Twice in the last 2 weeks, they've been closed with no explanation. What kind of pizza joint is closed on Thursdays? Their pizza... isn't that good to begin with. I live in Griffith and never will go there again. Will never recommend it to anyone either. Wentdown to restaurant to speak to a manager, I seen a group of people who were going there, found it closed. I told them myexperience and told them they're better off going elelsewhere. Read more

I Love this Pizza HOWEVER the customer service is getting Worse! You can't be RUDE to people whenever you want! And the manager... (woman with reddish brown hair) super nice but seems just Tired, she can't watch everyone!! SHE NEEDS MORE HELP!!! Read more
The other Aurelio's locations should take baking instructions from the Griffith store, because this is the best one by far! Good... ratio of sauce to cheese, and the crust at this one is just the right crispiness without being massively crunchy. Read more
